Great service, they know their tax information, and always get you the MAX refund you're eligible for! I go back every year!
They don't have good customer service at all. They charge so much for a Standard form 1040 or 1040a. They also charge you 49.95 for direct deposit and they aren't suppose to charge you for direct deposit at all that is illegal. They also don't explain what the paper works has in it and what it's all about they hand you the paper work. They worry about getting paid and not help any customer that comes in there to do taxes. Also if you tell them that you are trying to find out how much your taxes are gonna cost they go ahead and just file them.
Liberty Tax goes over and above to get you the best refund. They looked up my car taxes and called the daycare for their EIN number.
