Has gone downhill under the new owners. It used to be so clean in there like you could almost eat off the floor. Now when you go in there it's pretty filthy.

Went there last night at 8:45 and ordered a shake. Was told that I can't have one because they cleaned the mixer already
Always have a good experience, the servers are always happy and smiling. Being in customer service myself I appreciate the warm atmosphere.
Going to the Carvel in Torrington, is like stepping back in the 70,s, the young ladies were very nice and professional, very nice place to go and have a ice cream, make good milkshakes.
