I've been looking everywhere for the specific sneakers my brother wants for xmas. I must have called 20 stores and was willing to drive to make his Xmas special. I called the Eblens in the Eastfield mall in Springfield and by some miracle they had one pair left in his size. I gave the woman on the phone my information and asked her to hold them while my boyfriend drove there to get them. In the 40 minutes it took him to drive there they sold them on me. When I called to inquire as to what happened, the manager on duty was extremely rude and dismissive. I was polite but obviously distraught and was greeted with sighs and teeth sucking. Her basic reply was "Oh well." I have yet to find the sneakers again. I frequently shopped at Eblens but will never be returning now, especially to that location. Maybe if your employee hadn't been so busy laughing with her coworkers and carrying on a separate conversation while talking to me on the phone, I would have gotten my sneakers... but I guess it's "oh well." Worst customer service I have had in a long time.
