Cons - the nurse did not wear gloves during my examination. Even though I was the only patient to be seen the staff and doctors seemed to want to get me out of there as soon as possible without fully hearing what I had to say.
Pros - Evening and weekend hours at regular office visit prices. The front desk staff is courteous and the time I've spend waiting during both of my visits has been fantastic.
I dislike leaving bad reviews but I was not very impressed with the service provided here.
Did not prescribe anything for my son's eye infection waste of a copayment and time. Now I lost a days work & time and another copay. And my son lost 2 days of school. Will never visit and Will never recommend.
Next time I will wait an extra day to be seen somewhere else.
Pros - they are open weekends and it was quick service to get me in to see the doctor. The staff is generally friendly.
In and out quickly, friendly staff
I hate giving poor reviews, however to have issues on 2 out of 2 visits .... it's hard not to.
Tonight I took my son for an office visit because he needed medicine for something for 24 hours prior to going back to school and I wanted him to get his first dose tonight so that he'd only miss one day of school. I picked up his prescription and made our way home...only to discover as I went to give him the eye drops that I was holding ear drops in my hand. I immediately went back to the pharmacy, and the pharmacist was concerned, and then pulled the script out...the doctor had sent a script for ear drops. For my son's *eye* infection. I called the doctor's office and got a "Okay....she just chose the wrong drop down. She's sending it over now." I feel like choosing the wrong drop down is actually not a small deal. Particularly since, as my pharmacist pointed out, ear drops are not sterile... certainly not something I should be putting into my son's eyes. When the new script was sent over, two separate scripts with different directions were sent. The pharmacist had to call the office to sort out what the doctor actually wanted her to prescribe.
Cons - I first visited in late August. I had a medical issue on a Friday evening that I thought should be taken care of before Monday, but didn't feel needed a visit to an Urgent Care or an ER. I went to the Express Care Saturday morning. During the visit I mentioned to the doctor I met with that I was breastfeeding my child, however when I went to pick up my prescription I discovered that she had called in one that was not approved for breastfeeding, despite there being a breastfeeding appropriate medicine that could have been prescribed. When I called to request she change it, the doctor said that she'd purposefully chosen the one she had because it had less doses per day (no other reason, and no talking to me about it first). I wrote it off as a fluke and figured she just hadn't thought of it.
Do not recommend! Prices for regular physical almost THREE times as much as any other clinic in town! Also the receptionist was very rude and uninformed. I had an appointment scheduled for a service they didn't even offer, and I went in to make the appointment, the nurse had to tell the receptionist they don't offer that when I came back. Big waste of time!! Rude staff!
