Truly terrible.
I have been trying to get my offices phones fixed for three weeks. These people do not return phone calls or answer the phone when they are surely open, which is ironic since they are supposedly a phone company. Worst customer service ever, I have only seen such amazing incompetency once before, and that was 10 years ago at the McDonalds in East Hampton Ct. when I do get a hold of someone and express my distress at not having a response from the person who is supposedly handling this account, I am met with rudeness. No apology or assurances to follow up with me later. Do not use this company.
Very in organized, they drag there feet with there jobs, and they can't seem to hook up the electrical correctly the first time!! The way they handle there clients and keeping in contact with them is beyond poor!
