Horrendous service. Tim is rude obnoxious and pompous. Not once did he even offer condolences. He rescheduled the appointment without notifying me. He gave preference to the mother of the deceased over the father even though the mother would not pay one cent for the funeral. I would rate this place with zero stars if possible for everything from Tim himself down to his drivers. There are other options in town I strongly recommend you chose one of them
