I personally have had well known furniture brand names like Vaughan Basset delivered from Pat's that are NOT made in China and I have never had a bad experience. I don't know where some of these people are getting their information, but supporting local businesses is always the best way to go over the big box stores that rob you.
Pat and her husband are pathological liars. They told us the furniture we bought was made in Mass.- USA (and they go to the manufactuers weekly) but it was actually made in China, according to one of Pats many stories, which she can not keep strait. As soon as they get your money, they do not want to hear from you again. I waited over 2 months for a promised matching drawer that never came inspite of her stories and runarounds of how she ordered it. It became obvious that she will say anything to SELL and once that happens, she lies continously hoping you will go away. I have a full notebook of stories on this one, thankfully I wrote it down or I could not keep her lies strait myself. When I finally confronted her, she told me I can not hear and then hung up on me. If you want to be treated like paying dirt, then go to Pats otherwise, stick with a REAL furniture store. You may pay alittle more, but it will save you alot of heartburn.

Pat's Pizzazz has always given me a deal, delivered free, and treated me like family whenever I bought furniture from them over the past ten years. It's always the highest quality with the cheapest prices. I don't know where the people below bought their furniture but it couldn't have been from Pat's Pizzazz because they are an honest family-run business who cares more about the customers need than making a sale. You can't beat their prices or their customer service, you just plain cant. Those three below must of been daft to write such reviews about such kind people.
