Do your homework before hiring this company!!! I had my pool installed years ago. The pool has been great and I have had no problems with the quality. Getting the pool done on schedule was a major problem. I understand things come up and it is easy to fall behind. When I pay $1000 for water and it takes three weeks to get a pump and filter hooked up, there is a problem. I could go on and on about many other issues but I think you already get the point. The job was not finished. The ladder and handrail were never installed. The company wanted me to pay a very small balance before the job was completed. Obviously I didn't pay the balance because the job was not completed. I would definately consider all the negative publicity about this company before hiring them.
I don't know how this company is still in business. Owner is low lying crook. Should have sued over the work done at my home. Every excuse in the world. Do yourself s favor and go with ANYONE else in the business!!
Gregorio Pools installed our indoor spa and exercise (Swimex) pool ten years ago. They did a wonderful job. Since then, I’ve depended on them to keep my pool up and running at all times. I have MS, so it is really important that I have daily access to the pool to do my physical therapy. Gregorio Pools has never let me down. I highly recommend their services.
The owner is a complete con artist and crook. He never finishes work and likes to blame his "EX- employees", like it is their fault that he takes on work and doesn't send anyone out to finish it. His regular full time employees are also wretched people who stick up for him even though he is basically a criminal by taking money for things he has no intention of finishing. Whoever wrote the good review is probably the woman who has been his "human resource" person because she is the only one who would stick up for him. She is another bull thrower & will lie for him all day long. Do yourselves a favor and don't just walk away from this business, RUN away!! (as a previous employee, trust me, I know how the man operates. I had to leave because I was tired of lying to his customers that they were "next on the list" to have problems fixed. The owner had more broken hot tubs in the company's back yard that have been there for YEARS. I think the customers that owned them just gave up.)
They were great the first time we used them in 2008, but the second time in 2009 has been a terrible experience. Work was not completed despite being paid nearly in full. For months the owner claimed he had no idea what was going on despite leaving phone messages weekly. Now the story changed to it's there ex-employees fault so they are not responsible and I should pursue criminal charges against the ex-employee.
