Faith was fantastic to work with.... until I had a problem. When I was interested in making an appointment, she got back to me immediately, fit me in when needed, answered all my questions, spent time working with me. It was my third eyebrow tattoo touch up but my first time with her.
They looked great for a week. It's now been three months and the entire tattoo she has done completely fell out. After about a month when I noticed they were fading I emailed her and she did not get back to me. I had to email her a second time a week later with a photo of the brows and check in because I hadn't heard from her. She wanted to charge me a normal touch up fee to fix them. No apology for the inconvenience or stress of the matter. As someone who works in the beauty industry, if my client has to come back to me sooner then expected, that's on me, I fix it on my own time and terms. I especially don't avoid contacting them back. It sucks that it ended up this way because I really liked working with her. I spent 150$ plus a tip to have them done for them to look patchy within a month and be COMPLETELY gone within three. Clients need to feel safe with their professionals and be able to trust that their getting what they are being sold. maybe next time.
I visited Faith recently for permanent make up for my eyes and lips. She was extremely pleasant and patient. Her attention to detail is impeccable.
