Allstate's Roadside assistance left me hanging for 3 hours the other day, if I didn't think it would be a complete waste of my time to switch to another company I would.
This office offers horrible service provided them with a copy of my current insurance policy asked them to match it keeping the same deductibles coverages ETC. was told they could save me almost half signed the papers and when I got my first bill it was almost double than what was expected. When I called to ask about it they said they forgot to add coverage to one of my cars on the policy so this was my new monthly cost.. they also explained there was nothing they can do about it and if I don't make a payment I will have a lapse in coverage, mind you I was with my previous insurance company for over five years. Never again, I have a lot of friends whose names begin with karma :-)
