Extremely long wait for an urgent care facility. No urgency there.....Understaffed and very cranky front desk nurse who should find a job she likes. She forced an electronic survey on an elderly man who had no experience with a tablet, then became snippy with him when he didn't do it right. Had she spent five minutes with him, everyone would have been less stressed.
Its hit or miss with the doctors. Been there 3 times and 1 doc was real good. Right on the money with diagnosis. 1 doc wasnt to bad. And the 3rd wasnt good at all.
There's no point in making an appointment for anything because you still wait an hour while they take 6 people ahead of you that came in after you with no appointment. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the nurse and PA were extremely friendly and put me to the top of the list when they realized I had an appt an hour earlier and they worked very quickly to get me out in a timely manner.
It was fairly pleasant. Most of your staff were good to deal with. One gal was somewhat abrupt but not bad. Physician was pleasant to deal with and did a reasonable exam. His patient tech was fun. She really put up with some of my silly remarks. She was sweet
Easy in and out. Didn't have to wait long. Efficient diagnosis with very friendly help. Special recognition to Carol.
