I called Mascetti plumbing and Heating to video out a sewer pipe because it was leaking into our foundation/basement, they showed up on time ran the camera through the pipe Mike the owner did not find anything wrong he said, we continued due diligence trying to figure why the water was coming in if the pipe was okay. Later I called mike back to confirm something he had said "perhaps we should have run the camera 5 more feet and inspect the main connection" which he did do at a later time, with this second inspection he stated the pipe had dropped in the road and was causing back pressure which is very common, this would cause the pipe to backup and leak. So we had a digging company come out and dig the connection, all checked out fine no issues, while the digging company was there they camera'd the pipe and found a crack right away just on the other side of the foundation, when I called Masetti to have them do the repair the lady on the phone was very belligerent and told me they would not help me to rectify the actual problem that they misdiagnosed, I stated I would contact my attorney and she said you do that. All I wanted was a licensed plumber to repair the problem, I will never recommend this company to any of my friends going forward. Beware!!!
I would never recommend Mascetti's to anyone!!!! I have used him on 2 different occasions and both has left a negative imprint on me. First job he did I had to finish after him for it wasn't done right. On another job, he wanted to over charge me by $1500. Said the pump would cost me just about 3000 and that no one would sell it to me since I am not a plumber, and that the labor would come up to 750. I bought the pump on my own for less than 1700 with tax and it took me 30 min to install it. Yeah, stay away from that cheat!!!

It was a Saturday evening when our pump crapped out. We called these guys and he said he'd check and call back. He called promptly to tell us he didn't have what we needed but a friend might. He said he'd check and call us right back. He called back and had what we needed. It was nice to get a real person and great service on a Saturday evening when no one else was available. Would recommend him all day long.
Katherine and Mike are great! I was having water pressure issues with my kitchen sink and was nervous it was the water pump. While talking with Mike over the phone he narrowed it down to being just some dirty screens in the faucet. He walked me through cleaning them out. Sure enough, after I put it all back together, the pressure was back. I am grateful for the guidance and recommend everyone to them. They do it all!
