it seems like they do not like to answer the telephones I've been trying to call for an hour no 1 picks up the phone
Secretaries are very rude and not at all helpful. Workers fail to return calls. Even ended up going to court for no reason, because my worker failed to even provide the court with the documents they needed. Cancelled my cash benefits without notice, and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Not at all impressed.
You always have to wait for someone, they're busy all the time.
Waited a little over an hour, with only 3 people ahead of me. Everyone was nice to me, not rude. The worker was very nice and she was very fast at her job!
