I seriously don't know why this place has such high reviews. I have been here 4 times over the summer and had a bad experience every time. First time was with my mother, who ordered a burger well done. When we got it there was blood leaking everywhere for the burger and it was cold in the middle. When we sent it back all they managed to do was burn the outside and the middle was still cold. Second time all our sodas tasted like soap and they wouldn't refund them. Third time I found hair in my food and the last time my boyfriend ordered a burger to have it arrive to the table still frozen apart from a singed top layer. Never going back here. Ever...

Above average for a chain. Sirloin tips are juicy although on occasion I have gotten some tough tips. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the mango iced tea
Been 3 times & each time when I asked for a specific alteration to a meal (example: no tomato on burger, mashed potatoes instead of fries), the change was never made and the server (each time different) took it back and made them change and being very polite about it.
Service is decent. What you would expect from any generic family sit down restaurant.
