We purchased a Quadrafire Pellet Stove a few years back to heat our basement. After having water in the basement (a few inches) we had to refinish the basement so the stove sat idol for a couple years. When it came time to restart it we couldn’t get it going. I called Palace Aids and left a message. Mark got back to me quickly and told me he could come out for a service call that day! He showed up when he said he would and got my stove up and running before he left. He explained everything he did as he did it and made sure the stove was safe to run. The price was very reasonable and he told me to call anytime with questions or problems. The service was amazing! I would highly recommend Palace Aids in Torrington, CT if you are in the market for a pellet stove.

They came to my house and did a survey, and made my decision very easy. Installation was so quick and reassure me if any problems arises that they would take care of it . Palace aids is hands down the best pellet stove store in all of CT. They are friendly and genuine and actually care about their customers. They will not screw you like a certain store in southern CT with swan in their name. Their sales people are awesome and mike their service guy is great. I will only go there for parts or service.
Great sales and service for the best stove on the market Quadrafire!!! Owner even makes the occasional house call when needed.
Had problems with a used stove, Mark and Mary are the absolute best. Helped us with parts we needed, showed us everything we needed to know, spent a lot of time with us explaining the stove to us even though it was a used stove. They are helpful, friendly and go way above and beyond to help their customers.
