Illustra saved my life, truly. I lost much of my hair due to trauma and without Randy, I would have stayed the recluse I was. He saved me once, with my first hair piece, then again, with my second. So real that nobody knew it wasn't mine, even those that knew me, couldn't figure out how it was done! On top of it all, the hair is synthetic!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else. I love the atmosphere, and the people, even a separate room for those with problems like mine who would be embarrassed to be seen in the main salon. Just a fantastic man with real skills!
