So I get there at 4:20 and see 3 women sitting down texting and they tell me there is no one that can help me. Surprised, I explain the conversation I had with the woman on the phone. They barely look up from texting and tell me they don't know who would have said that. So I leave.
RUDE WORKERS! Horrible service . Never going there again
I chose this place because their new location is right down the street from me. I called them up and asked if they were still at the old location and what time they close. I was told yes and that they close "whenever the girls feel like going home." I asked if they would be there if I headed down right away and they said they still have 3 girls working now and "yes, definitely within the hour." This was at 4pm.
As someone who works in customer service this is not how you obtain new business. Now instead of me reccomending "this great place down the street from me," I will probably caution people from going there. Hopefully others will not have the same experience as I did.
