My boyfriend and I have been going to Ray's for about a year now (him a little longer) and have found them to be friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and fair. We have taken four different cars to them and had the boyfriend's mom take her car there, as well. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems each time. They are generally pretty booked, so it can be a couple days or a week to get the car in for bigger problems, but they still manage to squeeze us in for small "emergencies" like a leaky tire (which I just got fixed this morning).
If you wait in the shop you might get a chance to talk cars with Ray or Jay and that's always fun, they've had some awesome cars over the years! If you don't want to wait and don't have another car, they're really close to a Walgreens, a CVS, the movie theater, and a grocery store so you can walk over and get chores done or watch a movie.
Nice people... understand when needs to be done and what not. They charge good too.
