We have been using northeast facilities management for many years. We use them for many apartment turnover serves such as cleaning of units, renovations of kitchens and baths, construction jobs around the community as well as full painting of apartments. NE facilities management also does our common area cleaning every week for us. I would recommend this company for all these things and more. The owner (McCalister) is very hands on and very easy reach and communicate with. They work hard to always help when we need them. We try very hard to plan our work with them but sometimes I have to call last second when we need a change or something fit in and they work hard to always meet my needs.
Northeast Facilities has fair prices and does great work. The owner always checks in after a job is done and periodically comes in person to check on services. We currently use his company to clean the common hallways and laundry rooms but they are equipped to do so much more.
I would recommend NE Facilities since they are so dependable and do a great job. We use them for painting and cleaning our vacant apartments. We also have used them for total remodeling from tiling, flooring, electrical and plumbing. McCalister, the owner, always gets us on his scehdule in a timely manner and he constantly checks in with us to see how the job is going and if we are satisfied with the work. Very please with them.
Northeast Facilities was recommended by the apartment complex my parents lived in. I called and asked for an apartment clean out and turnover to complex. They went so far above and beyond this! We needed help moving all remaining items to a new location after the moving company cancelled on us. McCalister changed his schedule to accommodate us. Throughout the 3 day process McCalister figured out how to get everything done. McCalister kept me informed of what was going on as I am 700 miles away. Through this stressful and challenging experience, Northeast Facilities got everything done and I couldn't have managed this without them. Thank you!!!!
