No one likes to walk into a shop and be attacked by an employee asking "what can I help you find" "what are you looking for!" "what can I get for you" over and over again. That was my experience twice at this store. Second day, the manager was there. Now, i'm here spending quite a bit of money and I don't really want to be hounded-- If I need help, i'll ask. When it came time to check out, the two of them asked over and over if I wanted to sign up for a pro-membership. I said NO. What part of NO do people not understand. So then she proceeded to take my information (I figured it was for e-mail signup, etc.) AND SHE SIGNED ME UP FOR THE $40 PRO CARD! It took me a few hours to figure it out why my total was so high and then I saw it! I called customer service immediately, and I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I will drive the 30 minutes + to go to Vitamin Shoppe where the people are actually helpful instead of pushy and annoying.
