I never write reviews, but I was so happy with Premier Rental I had to share it. I ordered a new bed for my daughter; ivory color, drawers, and great quality. The ordering process was a breeze and the guys who came to set it up were so nice and put it together quickly with no problems.The store manager, Jessie was also very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the bed was ordered, shipped, and put together in time to surprise my daughter with her brand new room! She loves the bed and I love the service. I would definitely recommend Premier Rental for any of your furniture or electronic needs.
I know customer of this store about a year and they really are good person with the clients, when one calls because you can not make the payment of the week they are well flexible with me, not like other shop that I was a customer. I urge everyone to buy a good article and be treated as a person.
I have had experience with several other rental places and I will say that Rich and his Tram at Premier Rental in Torrington is by far the best! Rich will work with you, doesn't make you feel bad. His team is knowledgeable when delivering and setting things up, very pleasant to do business with. If you don't see something you want Rich will do all he can to get you what your looking for! I deffinetly recommend them.
Jessie Santiago is a very nice guy very respectful and willing to go way behind to help his customers.He does a wonderful job very friendly and polite my wife brother seems to be good friends.
I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Premier Rentals. I used Rent a Center awhile ago and had a horrible experiance. I vowed never to rent-to-own again. A situation presented itself that gave me little option. Thank God for Jessie Santiago, the manager at Premier. He got me the perfect furniture at a very doable price. He never pushed me to spend beyond my means and seems genuinely concerned with my happiness and well being. He even reiterated the price and policy multiple times to make sure I knew what I gad to do to keep the price where we agreed. He has been great to deal with throughout this entire process and is a pleasure to talk with every time I make a payment. He is truly good people.
