Don't bother if you need something on time; I ordered one in-stock cleaning time, with 'expedited delivery' fee. Four business days later it had not shipped. Consumer products companies in todays on-line world of competition need to do better. Shop elsewhere.
1st Update: Received email from Customer Service today, Easter Sunday, refusing to cancel the order even though it had not yet shipped. Was told package would arrive on Tuesday, 8 days after order placed.
