In short, my noisy-but-serviceable computer became quiet but crippled for all but the most basic purposes.
While the proprietor of T&M seems to be a nice guy and looking to do a good job, I was very unsatisfied with the service. I dropped off a laptop with a noisy fan. He fixed the fan, but the laptop I got back had 2 USB ports that were now nonfunctional, no sound, the touchpad was not working, and the CD/DVD drive was broken.
I sent an e-mail -- nothing snarky, but explaining why I was dissatisfied -- and never got a reply. I suggest that you approach using this individual with caution.
