I can't even begin to describe my disappointment, I placed my order online at 744p, called at 8:39pm to find out an email on delivery, after given my address was told it would be 35 minutes, when I called back at 9:24pm, I was told by a different woman, that my order was never received, when I insisted that I had called and was told 35 minutes, they looked and discovered, they had never seen my order. . And now it's too late to order from anywhere else.
I've been here plenty of times, because the people there are so nice and the food is good. But I've just had too many issues too many times. For example tonight when I ordered online the confirmation didn't give me a wait time until I should go pick it up, so I figured they would call, but they never did. Finally after an hour I go there. Place is dead. My order is the only one, just sitting there. Alright. Soda I ordered wasn't included so I walked out without it, checked the bag, came back and grabbed the soda (like okay, no big deal, you can't put it in the bag with the warm food anyway, but she didn't even say anything about it or grab one to put with the order or anything). Then I get home, I look in the bag and realize the almond cookies aren't in there, and yeah they're on the receipt. So I'm upset. Disappointed and aggravated cause the lack of communication this whole time has been frustrating, and then I go to throw away the bag and the bottom is soaked in grease, everything was covered. Really. Really? I'm really tolerate honestly, but I'm just so over this place. Stuff like this happens all the time. Very unprofessional.
3 stars because they deliver and the food was pretty good though I found a hair in it..yikes.
I've been going here for probably about 10 years and haven't had any issues ever. They're always so friendly and nice as well as good food.
