Worse oral surgeon ever. His nickname is Dr. Butcher for a reason. I saw him about 4 or 5 years ago for my bottom wisdom teeth to be removed. I was already really nervous going into his office as this was the first time without my mother who passed a year prior. Yes I'm a little baby but this man was so rude. I was in the chair by myself and i started to get a little nervous cry. I was not bawling my eyes out I just had a tear run down my face and of course he saw this and said to me " look if your going to be a big baby about this you can either suck it up or leave". I was so shocked by what he said I just let him put me under and he did my removal. So I know there was going to be some pain but I had not one but 2 black eyes and my face looked so swollen like a chipmunk. So I call to ask a few questions if this was normal or not and the lady on the phone was so rude also saying that I'm an adult and i should be a big girl and not whine about it. Well I ended up at the Dr that night from an infection in my gums that the Dr said was from unclean tools being used. So PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I had my lower wisdom teeth removed here about 3 years ago, and Dr. Berger wasn't professional at all in the way he spoke to me, as if he hates young people or something. For example, he had a picture of the Three Stooges, and pointed at it and with the nastiest attitude possibly said to me, "I bet you don't even know who they are!" Just childish. And one of the women at the front desk is no better. I called a little while back to make an appointment for my upper wisdom teeth, and the women was extremely rude, interrupted me every time I spoke, and had the most condescending attitude ever. I ended up yelling over her on the phone to tell her she was rude and then hung up, because she literally wouldn't listen to me or take my information, just kept interrupting me because I could finish a sentence. A few hours later she actually called me back, with the same rude attitude, and I simply told her not to call back. I had them removed elsewhere. I think it's also important to note that after I had my lower wisdom teeth removed there, I was in total agony for over two weeks, even with the pain meds. However, I had my upper ones removed yesterday, and I feel 100% fine. I can't help but feel it had something to do with how unprofessional they are. They were all impacted in the same manner, in fact the upper ones were far worse. Having my lower ones out here also cost literally more than 4x as much as my new dentist. So I rate this office as 0/10 to be honest.
