Didn't care to be in an office for a routine cleaning for two hours. Was told my teeth has bone loss, in an area I have long known since I was 5 years old...suddenly it's a problem Never had a problem before. Felt like a number walking through the door just to make revenue. Got a price for what I was told was no big deal - four tiny holes to fill in my teeth....costs over $1100??? And the receptionist was rude, interrupting my comments, and questions. Yeah I am continuing my search for my family to get away from revenue and visit a dentist who actually cares about my teeth not how much money I can spend out of pocket. Pay plan was like a car payment. No thanks.
Dr. Munroe and staff are on point! I highly recommend Dr. Munroe and her staff. All of my treatments were done with impeccable precision, care & compassion. I especially would like to note how sanitation practices are outstanding I observed Dr. Munroe and staff changing gloves often Dr. Munroe and staff are seasoned professionals. I am here to stay! thank you Dr. Munroe and ALL staff !
The only comment I have is first impression is the best impression . Unfortunately my first impression of a certain individual is not the best which to me reflects the office. Others may have had better experiences although I definetly would have to disagree especially those who manage the office or perform so called interviews. My advice is be more Humble and especially more respectful!

The best dentist staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone who works there is always very kind, and Dr. Munroe is the best dentist I have ever seen/had work done by. Every dental procedure that I've had done elsewhere ended up as a horror story, and when I go to Munroe for the same thing, it's just not the same, in a good way. When I had my impacted lower wisdom teeth extracted at a different office, not only was it literally 4x the cost, but I was in agony even with the pain meds for over two weeks. I had my impacted upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Munroe yesterday, and I haven't even had to take a pain pill and feel totally fine. So not only are the staff awesome and nice, but whenever I have work done on my teeth, or even just a cleaning, it's done professionally and doesn't leave me in pain. 10/10 dentist.
