There have been times that I have gone to make a purchase, not knowing about sales, special offers, or other includes freebees, and the staff always makes sure I get those deals even without asking. They're honest about what games are good and what games to avoid. If you have gaming questions, they always have the answers. Great place to shop games and also to trade in games and systems you no longer play.
