I would like to give a sincerely thank you to Dan or assisting me with my troubled iPhone today. He could see I was very flustered and annoyed my iPhone was playing up and all my main contacts had disappeared. He ran through possible solutions that would best resolve my issue. Bless him he sat with me and guided me through it until the issue was resolved. I had run back to the store initially as the issue suddenly decided to comeback again, but again Dan resolved it before I left.

Horrible horrible experience. Asked for A BRAND NEW IPHONE 6 and and was reassured over and over by DAN that this was a new phone I was buying. I get it... won't hold a charge, dies at 40% battery etc ... I took it to apple they diagnosed and looked at it. Told me the phone was pieced back together with NON GENUINE APPLE PARTS. not even the headphones charger cable or charging block were original. Stay away. He's a scammer and a liar. Do not go here if you value your money. Was no help or if no service. However I did report.
