I was just in the Torrington Petco, and the Sun Conure they had was named Skittles. We told one employee, and he tried to explain what it could be, however, as an owner of a parrot, that was incorrect. I spent some time with him, but it didn’t help, I thought it was because of nerves originally. However, we could tell that something was wrong seeing that when he went to clean himself he fell over. This bird needed the proper care, we told yet another one as we were about to leave, and she could care less. Multiple times we have complained to the employees about the care of their animals, especially the rodents. Surprising I’m saying this, but I would get an animal there just to give them a living home. I personally have two guinea pigs and a fish that I have gotten there over the years. I hope that this will open people’s eyes especially the overall owner of the Petco company will realize how animals are being treated in this store.
Horrible customer service. they have a couple good employees, but the rest could care less, including the management. If the aquatics girl isn't there don't even bother trying to get fish, because the rest of the employees will just walk or waddle right past you! That's right I said waddle and you know who you are and what you did!

The groomers are liars my dog did not get the services I was charged . I WOULD NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER
