Fantastic little cafe within Energy Fitness that features healthy, energizing shakes, smoothies, and protein bowls all at very reasonable prices! Everything is made to order; couldn't ask for anything better pre-workout!
Amazing smoothies, coffee, and service. Employees are friendly and gave me tips and suggestions about what to add to my smoothie for my meal plan/ personal goals. Oatmeal cookie smoothie/ smoothie bowl is one of my favorites! However, as of now, Oatmeal cookie is a special so get there quick!!
