I have 2 stars because when you come at certain times of the day you can get good service, but if you try to come overnight you may not be served at all. I work third shift and I was turned away 3 times out of 7 visits. 2 times they said there computers were down and the 3rd time they just said we are closed and will be open in an hour. I suspect this trend would continue but couldn't risk not being able to eat before work so I now going to cumberland farms if I need something between 1-4am.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO COME HERE....
Talk to the manager...more then likely
In here on 11/12/17.....these people have one job pay attention and take the order right ...so I look @ the girl and order 2 mcdoubles no pickles no catsup and the staff is busy horsing around making new drinks ...the girl looked up and says no onions...the girl got an attitude with me cause I repeated my self....this McDonald's is a total fail and the staff needs to pay attention to get the order right it is not rocket science just chemistry..
Works they're ASSES off to keep customers satisfied

You call that food? Made me go straight to the bathroom. FDA should really start doing their job right and look into what is in that food that's making Americants sick. It's an epidemic.
They Do not deserve that kind of treatment.
So I came in and the manager was playing on her phone. So I took a photo. The cashier saw my flash and instantly for in my face telling me they have a right to privacy and the manager has the right to ignore customers and play on her phone...the manager then came over and told me I needed to delete the photo off my phone or she would not serve me... I kindly reminded the two that they are on a camera that I am sure goes to corporate and that McDonald's hires secret shoppers....to which they told me there are no secrets... I kindly told them get over their selves and let me order my breakfast.... So much drama was let out because I caught the girl loligagging on her phone... After she was touching it she did not go wash her hands either which is kind of unsanitary.... I give them one star for poor hygiene and poor customer service...but I do have to say the sandwich was great...As you can see the manager playing on the phone and the boy who acted childish over a photo....way over there not attending to customers at the front counter...
