I went there for an oil change for the first time and will be coming back! Great new building , both kid and adult friendly and a wonderful staff.
Finally got to speak with an educated and straight forward manager about my situation i gave them 2 more stars because of the fact that he assured me that I will be taken care of. I will write a final review when my truck is returned to me. If everything happens the way i was told they will get a 5 star rating and a very positive review. As well as the gentleman I spoke to will receive a high customer rating.
Shopping at Alfano Nissan was a great pleasure. The new staff was just as pristine as the new building. I was allowed to shop freely with none of the stereotypical salesmanship one might come to expect when shopping for a vehicle. All questions I had were answered genuinely and not always in their favor. Working through the finances with Kit was fantastic. Great experience, would recommend Alfanos Nissan, and Todd as a salesperson. They were transparent, and worked with us to reach our goals and stay on budget. I liked the ability to text/email it made the communication process easier during business/ work hours.
I recently had to bring my Nissan maxima to alfano Nissan for an issue that happened at another establishment. Not only were they helpful to me in fixing the issue BUT assisted me in getting the other establishment to take responsibility for the damage. Gavin kept me posted every step of the way and his staff complimented his management skills. The service is par none and I would recommend anyone to visit this dealership.
