I was looking for a truck that had more features then I had on my truck, specifically leather seats. I also wanted to match the features I already had on my truck. Jack Olson found me a truck from another lot with leather , the right color and had all the features plus some that I was looking for. The dealership took my leased vehicle and put me into a new lease for a similar payment. I am extremely satisfied.
I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Northwest Hills. My car had to stay overnight and they offered me a comparable rental to my vehicle. I recommend them to everyone even for a routine service.

Being from New York, you are used to “sleezy” car salesman. They DO NOT exist at Northwest. My experience was the best I’ve ever had and will definitely take the trip to purchase from them in the future.
We bought our car in June and the whole experience was wonderful. Our sales person Vin, the Finance Manager Joshua and the whole staff at Northwest Hills did a great job . We brought our car in for an oil change and Laura took care of us, is an amazing service advisor. I have brought my car in for a few other things and I just make a b-line for her. She got me right in for an oil change and listen to my concerns about my car. The waiting area was clean and offered water, coffee and tea. My son liked the fact he could change the channel and watch his shows while we wait. The only thing I would recommend is Wifi for customers while they wait. I brought my laptop in to do some work but there wasn't a way to get on the Wifi. Over all this is the place to buy a car and get your car service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
