Worst car buying experience of my life know what you want and watch price they will change them. Also stay away from Ron he lies through his non existent teeth. They all do drugs and are boarder line kidney failure with jaundice. Ford is well aware of this independent dealers indiscretion.
I was looking for a particular color truck that only Torrington Ford-Lincoln had. I called the dealership and spoke to the owner Anthony Vultaggio, Jr. personally. He gave me an amazing deal and made the lease of my new truck easy as ever. He guided me threw the entire process over the phone and took time out to answer all of my questions. Since I live in New York he saved me a trip and delivered the vehicle to my door. He even took the time to go over the vehicle and showed me how to work the navigation as well as other features. I will never go anywhere else I am a Torrington Ford-Lincoln customer for life!!!!
This was the worst dealership ive ever been too the owner doesnt know anything and he was very rude i wouldnt suggest going there at all
Great bunch of guys and when I have issues they jump right on it. Only downfall is a new young salesmen which has bad communication skills and knows nothing about the vehicles that he is supposed to know. I highly recommend the older guys who don't get pushy and have the knowledge
